Bradley Winn was a Republican member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 68.

Winn served in the Utah State House of Representatives from 2000 to 2003. He then rejoined the Utah House in 2007 and represented District 28 until December, 2009, when he left to take a position with Utah State University.

Winn has worked as Provost/Vice President of Academic Affairs at Snow College since 2003. He is also a College Professor.

Winn earned his B.S. in Engineering from Purdue University. He went on to receive his MPA from Brigham Young University. He then received his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.
