I am a current Senior at Whitmer High School in the Washington Local District, running for the Washington Local School Board. I am a lifelong resident of the WLS district and an involved community member, participating in areas such as blockwatch, gun violence prevention initiatives, small business assistance, community cleanup and support, business networking, and more.
  • Unlike our current board, I will be a transparent and easy-to-reach board member for our community, along with our staff. Advocacy for our students, teachers and staff plays into this as well, because their voices need to be heard and included in decision making.
  • Build union partnerships to assist our non-college bound students in getting connected to good paying, stable, blue collar jobs right out of high school.
  • Improve and encourage Safety & Security throughout our district, especially following the October 8, 2022 shooting at the Whitmer football game that injured several people. For the first time our board has the opportunity to improve security measures in the coming years as we are in the process of building safer, bigger, and more technologically advanced schools.
I am a supporter of traditional blue collar workers rights, such as opposing right-to-work and prevailing wage legislation, 1099 abuse, etc.
