Brandi Hagan Rogers is a judge of the Crittenden, Union and Webster Counties Family Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in Kentucky. The court presides over Crittenden, Webster, and Union counties in Kentucky.[1]

Rogers was elected in 2014 for an eight-year term commencing on January 5, 2015, and expiring on January 1, 2023. [2]

Rogers ran for election to the 5th Judicial Circuit Court.
Primary: She was successful in the primary on May 20, 2014, receiving 33.6 percent of the vote. She competed against Laura Alvey Peak and Ben Leonard.
General: She defeated Ben Leonard in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 50.2 percent of the vote. [1][3] 

Education

Rogers received her undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University in 2003 and her J.D. degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2006.[4]

Career

Prior to her judicial election in 2014, Rogers was a partner at the law firm of Frazer, Rogers & Peek in Marion, Kentucky. She specialized in family, civil litigation, and probate/estate law.[5][6]
