2012
Jensen ran for justice of the peace on the Canal Township Justice Court. She competed against Kip P. Collins, Daniel J. Bauer, and incumbent Robert J. Bennett in the primary election on June 12, 2012. Jensen was the top vote-getter in the primary, receiving 45.78 percent of the vote.[2] She was defeated by Robert J. Bennett in the general election on November 6, 2012, earning 48.74 percent of the vote.[3]
