Brandon Blanchard
Brandon Blanchard was a candidate seeking a seat on the Chino Valley Unified School District Board of Education in California. He ran against one incumbent and three fellow candidates in the general election on November 4, 2014.[1] Brandon Blanchard lost the general election on November 4, 2014.
Blanchard was appointed to serve on the Chino Valley Unified Board of Education in 2010. He served from 2010-2011, but he stepped down when his wife took a teaching position within the district.[2] The 2014 election was his second time running for a position on the board since stepping down. He ran in 2012 as well.

2014
Two at-large seats on the Chino Valley Unified School District Board of Education were up for general election on November 4, 2014. Only one incumbent, Sylvia Orozco, filed to run for re-election. She ran against challengers Roman G. Nava, Pamela S. Feix, Brandon Blanchard and Josh Lee.
Orozco won her bid for re-election, and newcomer Feix won election to the other at-large seat.

Funding
Blanchard reported $6,882.00 in contributions and $4,471.60 in expenditures to the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters, leaving his campaign with $2,410.40 cash on hand as of October 28, 2014.[3]
Expenditures
Blanchard received endorsements from the Associated Chino Teachers, the Chino Tea Party and the California School Employees Association-Chino.
