- Fiscal Responsibility & Auditing Overhead: Since 2021, Park Hill has lost students but added over 230 new staff positions, driving our salary budget up nearly 40%. This isn't sustainable. As a tax professional, I will bring rigorous financial oversight to the Board. We must stop the "salary spiral" of administrative bloat and outside consultants. I will work to redirect those funds directly into the classroom and into competitive pay for our teachers and support staff, ensuring financial stability without constantly asking the community to raise taxes.
- Smart Planning & Safety: We must prioritize the physical space and safety of our students and staff. Our district has spent millions on renovations while some elementary schools remain overcrowded, forcing staff into makeshift offices on stages. We need data-driven planning and sensible, immediate space solutions. Additionally, a safe environment is essential for learning. We must enforce consistent discipline standards across the district, supporting the staff who enforce the rules and holding accountable those who do not.
- Practical Inclusion & Student Experience: True inclusion is an action, not a seminar. Instead of spending tax dollars on expensive administrative frameworks, we should focus on "Practical Inclusion." This means removing financial and logistical barriers—like expanding bus routes for career programs and eliminating activity fees. Furthermore, inclusion means addition, not subtraction. We should not cancel beloved childhood traditions like Halloween parties; we should work with the community to ensure every child has the means to participate and celebrate.

Campaign website
Kleinmeyer's campaign website stated the following:
My Platform
A Better Vision for Park Hill
Fiscal Responsibility
Sensible Remodels. Multi-million dollar renovations shouldn't leave a school looking exactly the same. We must ensure tax dollars improve the student experience.
- Stop "invisible renovations" like the recent Renner update that focused on kitchens over classrooms.
- Ensure scope of work prioritizes educational impact (like keeping sinks in classrooms) over administrative changes.
- Review all facility projects for actual value added to the learning environment.
Smart Planning
Predictable & Preventable. The current overcrowding was predicted by the data, but the Board ignored it.
- Deploy portable classrooms immediately to provide proper workspace for all staff.
- No more "counselors on stages" while we determine long-term solutions.
- Data-driven decisions, not wishful thinking.
Safety & Accountability
Consistent Standards. We must stop punishing those who follow the rules. We should reward staff who work to keep our kids safe and discipline those who bypass policy for special treatment.
- Reward staff who enforce safety rules, rather than punishing them for doing their job.
- Discipline those who bypass policy to grant special favors or treatment.
- Ensure safety protocols are applied consistently to every student and staff member.
Supporting Staff
Letting them do what they do best. Our educators are exhausted by endless district-mandated initiatives. It's time to cut the red tape.
- Keep teachers in the classroom and protect their plan time.
- Stop pulling support staff to cover administrative gaps.
Equity in Environment
Paint and Pride. A child's learning environment shouldn't depend on their zip code. Older schools deserve love too.
- Revitalize older schools like Line Creek, Chinn & Renner.
- Allow color and murals to brighten older hallways.
- High School art partnerships to paint murals.
Practical Inclusion
Reallocation of DEIB resources. Move spending from administrative DEIB overhead to direct student support.
- Audit administrative spending for ROI.
- Trust our teachers and staff to be inclusive of all students.

I am married to my wife of 14 years and we have 2 daughters. Professionally, I am a Tax Professional, a tradition in my family that spans generations; my grandfather practiced tax preparation for over 40 years, and my mother continues the legacy today. While I'm not a farmer myself, agriculture has always been part of my upbringing through my step-father, who works as a seed salesman. Growing up in a small town of just 600 people, where my graduating class consisted of 24 students, I have a profound understanding of small-town values.
My experience has led me to believe that Congress lacks a fundamental understanding of our tax code, a crucial shortcoming when attempting meaningful tax reform. How can we expect effective legislation when those making decisions don't grasp the basics?
Unlike career politicians who have lost touch with Middle-America, I am Middle-America. I want to bring genuine life experience to Washington D.C. and advocate for the traditional middle-class families that are often overlooked.- As the US debt sits at over $34 trillion and climbing, we continue to send foreign aid to Ukraine and other countries. Foreign aid should be a loan to the country seeking it. These loans should have interest that starts accumulating right away. No more "free" money to the rest of the world while American's foot the bill.
- With the money we have sent to Ukraine already, we could have completed the border wall. While Missouri isn't a border state, we're not immune to the effects of illegal immigration. Congressmen and women across the country need to stand up and pass meaningful border security measures.
- Term limits for Congress are an issue I feel very passionately about. We are never going to have meaningful change in this country while the same 535 people control our government decade after decade after decade. Term limits are something Congress will likely never pass without a lot of pressure and a lot of new blood. We need supporters of term limits to get elected and constantly bringing it up until the pressure is too much for Congress to ignore.
We also need leaders with the ability to look beyond the surface of situation and see what is really going on. Too many times our politicians can be offered everything they want if they just vote a certain way, but they don't look at the big picture and the true cost of that vote. That inability to see beyond getting what they asked for leads to issues down the road.
I also am very analytical. I don't just take things at face value. If somebody offers me everything I want, my first reaction is to ask why. Most of Congress seemed to get offered everything they want, and they just say "Thank you" with no regards for the strings attached.
I also only vaguely remember the O.J. Simpson murder trial. It seem liked it was always on our TV. I was only around 8 years old, so I was annoyed I couldn't watch what I wanted. No iPads or smart phones back then.
Our border security is another big issue. We cannot be a sovereign if we do not have a border. The lack of effective border control also contributes to our national debt. We spend billions each year on social programs for people who should not be here. It places a strain on our economy.
