|- Public corruption should be investigated and punished to the fullest extent possible.
- I believe in a strong safety net on the Federal government level that makes healthcare universal and assures that no one goes without basic necessities like food and shelter.
- This country needs much stronger regulations on institutions that affect the lives of ordinary people: that means establishing much stronger consumer protections for renters, workers, and shoppers.
I am also for a single payer healthcare system that removes the attachment of health insurance policies from the employer.
