I'm am a resident of district 6, a father, husband, and business professional. I am looking to improve the quality of life for all the residents of my district. Originally from TN I came to Milwaukee at the age of 12. I've lived in district 6 since the late 90's Hillside, Arlington Heights, Harambee, and now residing in the Borchert Field neighborhood. When I moved to Milwaukee, 30+ years ago, I fell in love with the peace of Milwaukee life. After noticing the lack of proper representation, I decided that it was desperately time to address the issues that plagues our community. That's why I decided to get involved in and for my community. The representative for District 6 needs to be an advocate in the Common Council for programs and policies that will improve the quality of life for our communities in the District. I am a man of our community. I am the right person for the job. I have a strong business background, having been a business partner and owner in the past. Currently, I manage multi-million dollar stores in the service industry, giving me valuable experience in managing budgets, personnel, and providing top-quality service to customers. I have also experienced starting from the bottom and working my way up, giving me a unique perspective on the challenges faced by working-class individuals in our community.
  • Under current leadership District 6 has been scrutinized after one of its zip codes gained notoriety on the national stage for systemic issues. It's time to change that narrative.
  • As your Alderman, I will be a responsive and proactive leader. I will prioritize listening to the needs and concerns of the community, promptly responding to emails and phone calls, and taking swift action to address any issues that arise.
  • I bring a unique blend of experience and dedication to this role, and I am ready to roll up my sleeves and work hard to improve the quality of life for all residents of District 6.
I am dedicated to working towards improving public safety and promoting community engagement. By collaborating with community leaders, churches, and the police department, we can create innovative programs and initiatives that address the underlying causes of crime and ensure that our neighborhoods are safe for everyone.
I also understand the importance of economic development and job creation. I will work tirelessly to attract new businesses to our district and support existing ones, creating opportunities for employment and growth. Additionally, I will advocate for affordable housing and sustainable development that meets the needs of our diverse community
I have a strong business background, I'm deeply passionate when it comes to the well being of others, I'm persistent, and hard working.
Community/District growth I firmly believe that an Alderman's office works for the people, so the Alderperson has to be completely forthright, transparent, and engage with the whole district.
I would like to leave a legacy that children both my own and others to be able to grow up in the inner-city peacefully and Restore pride to my district from border to border.
I'm not Rappaport by Herb Gardner, it's a good story about friendship
Being the only son of my mother and not knowing who my father is raised by and with all females I had to be the protector even when I was the one that needed protection.
