“ Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by Marc Glassman Inc., dba Marc’s Brecksville, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a discount retail store at 7510 Chippewa Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141 in this precinct?[1][2] ”
