A Brecksville City Petitioned Ordinance measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Cuyahoga County, which is in Ohio where it was approved.

This measure approved an ordinance supporting an amendment to the US Constitution to exclude corporations from the account of person or individual. It was introduced to the ballot by petition.[1]
