A Brecksville City Zoning Amendment measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Cuyahoga County, which is in Ohio where it was approved.

This measure amended the Brecksville City Charter, regarding zoning. A Fifty-Five percent affirmative vote was required to approve this measure.[1]

“ Shall Ordinance No. 4695 amending the Zoning Map of the City of Brecksville to change the classification of Permanent Parcel Numbers 601-34-018, 601-34-019, and 601-34-086 Brecksville Road from R-8 Single Family to C-F Community Facilities, be approved?[1][2] ”
