Brenda Lenard
Brenda Lenard was a 2014 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. Senate from Tennessee.[1] Incumbent Lamar Alexander defeated Lenard in the Republican primary.[2]
Biography
Lenard received her bachelor's in biblical studies and leadership from Beulah Heights University. She received her master's in public administration from Kennesaw State University, and was working on her Ph.D. in political science from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.[3]

Lenard ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. Senate, representing Tennessee. She was defeated by incumbent Bob Corker in the August 2 primary.[4][5]
