Baynes ran for election to the Colonie Town Court, New York. General: He was defeated in the general election on November 5, 2013, after receiving 27.2 percent of the vote. Norman C. Massry and Andrew C. Sommers were also on the ballot, competing for two open seats.[2][3][1]
