Service to all of the people of Georgia instead of to a political party.
I have never run for office before. I have spent the last 20+ years of my career as a learning expert and consultant, helping companies around the world improve their technology training strategies and adopt large-scale transformation. I know that a key ingredient in achieving that success was ensuring people understood the “why” and the benefits of new ideas.
People need to be heard and part of the process. I believe embracing the diverse voices in Georgia is the most effective way to truly ensure a better future.
Imagine policies developed collaboratively, taking into account the best experts in each field, actual evidence-based research, and an open dialogue with people from a spectrum of perspectives – not just forcing a one-sided agenda through the system.- Fairness in government.
