Brent Housman is a former Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 3 from 2009 to 2013.

Housman is a financial advisor with Hilliard Lyons.

He was Chair of Will Graham Celebration Finance in 2007, President of Paducah Day Nursery in 2006, on the Board of Directors of the Union University Alumni Association from 1999-2002, and Deacon/Former Officer/Youth Ministry Volunteer at Heartland Worship Center.[1]

Housman won re-election to the 3rd District Seat on November 2, 2010 with no opposition.

Houseman was unopposed in the Republican primary.

2008

On November 4, 2008, Housman was elected to the 3rd District Seat in the Kentucky House of Representatives, defeating Zana Renfro (D).[3] Housman raised $92,459 for his campaign, while Renfro raised $72,413.[4]
