Brent J. Potter is a district court judge for the 8th District Court, which presides over Warren County in Kentucky.[1] Potter was initially appointed to the court in April 2000 by Governor Paul Patton when the prior judge, Henry Potter, retired.[2] He was re-elected without opposition in 2010 and 2014, and his four-year term expired on January 6, 2019. [3]
