Transparency in government!

The American people no longer trust government, and rightfully so. We need to shed light on the political process and deals that are being made.

I don’t care if people remember me, I want them to remember Jesus. (Paraphrased from a Casting Crowns song)
I begin working with my father in our family granite and marble business at the age of 11. I was able to learn and grow in our company and now am blessed to lead our amazing team.
“Thou shall prosper”
It talks about all aspects of business and free enterprise. It shows how to be successful by helping others be successful.
I am a workaholic. I enjoy it and put all of my effort into the task at hand.
I don’t think there is a benefit of one chamber. Having two chambers makes sure that the process must be slowed down to give thorough thought and time to bills.

It gives transparency a fighting chance.
Yes and no.

It allows them time to understand processes, however, it allows them more time to be corrupted.
Yes. Just like in business, you can’t do everything by yourself. It helps to learn from different perspectives and experience.
I don’t think there is a great solution for redistricting. Too many times it allows for gerrymandering.
Many times I’ve heard from people in our district about the displeasure with the handling of the Rivian plant.

The size, scope and price tag associated with it has been a nightmare for the people in the eastern part of the district.
Son: dad, mom said to always follow your dreams

Dad: if you do that you could get arrested.
Son: (confused)

Dad: it was always my dream to lay naked in front of a fireplace on a bearskin rug… but according to the police officer, that’s illegal to do at a Cracker Barrel.
Yes. Having the Governor with the sole power is dangerous.
