|- My #1 priority is making RTD safer by improving the rider experience to increase ridership. A key component of this will be igniting support to hire transit ambassadors to be present throughout the RTD system and to help riders and enforce the code of conduct.
- Beyond improving safety, improving the experience of riding RTD will increase ridership and start to build momentum to further improve service. This includes improving reliability and frequency.
- Increasing equity in the system is a high priority to ensure we continue to operate a fair and equitable system. Improving the rider experience will build equity because improving reliability, frequency, efficient routing, and increased service to desired places will benefit regular riders disproportionally.
