Brian C. McCloud is a circuit court judge for the 20th Circuit Court in Kentucky. He was appointed on February 21, 2021, by Andy Beshear to replace Robert Conley.[1]

Previously, McCloud was a district court judge for the 20th District Court, which presides over Greenup and Lewis counties in Kentucky.[2] McCloud was first elected to the court in 2006 and was re-elected in 2010 and 2014.[3]

Education

McCloud received his undergraduate degree from Thomas Moore College in 1994. He earned his J.D. from the University of Louisville in 1997.[3]

Career

Prior to his election to the bench in 2006, McCloud was an attorney in private practice.[3]
