Brian Caruth is a judge of the Superior Court of Alameda County in California. He assumed office in 2024. His current term ends on January 4, 2027.
He was appointed to the court on January 29, 2024 by Gavin Newsom (D) to replace Richard Seabolt.[1]
Biography
Caruth has worked for the Alameda Counry Public Defender's Office since 1995 in several positions such as Deputy Public Defender and Associate Public Defender. He has served there as the Assistant Public Defender since 2021. [2]
