Brian E. Boatman is a justice of the peace on the Eastline Justice Court in Elko County, Nevada. In the general election on November 6, 2012, he was elected to a term expiring in January 2019.[1]

Boatman attended Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) at Salt Lake Community College.[1]
Career
Before being elected to the bench, Boatman worked in law enforcement as part of the Juvenile Probation Department in Elko.[1]
Elections
2012
Boatman won 43.25 percent of the vote in the primary election on June 12.[2] He then defeated incumbent Reese F. Melville in the general election on November 6, 2012, earning 51.57 percent of the vote.[3]
