Brian F. Haynes is a judge for the Superior Court of Contra Costa County in California. He was appointed by former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in October 2007 to succeed Peter Spinetta. Haynes won re-election unopposed in 2010 and his current term will expire in 2017.[1][2]

Haynes received a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette and a J.D. from California Western School of Law.[2]
