Brian F. Kenney is a judge on the United States bankruptcy court, Eastern District of Virginia.[1] He was appointed on September 1, 2011.[2][3]

Education

Kenney received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.[2]

Career

Judge Kenney has been practicing law since 1983. He received his business banking specialist certificate from the American Board of Certification. In 1989, he joined the law firm Miles & Stockbridge. Since January 1, 1992, he was a principal attorney in their Virginia Office.[2]
