Brian Iten

Brian Iten is a judge of the Twelfth Circuit Court in Florida. He was appointed by Governor Rick Scott (R) on October 30, 2015. He filled the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Peter A. Dubensky.[1]
Education
Iten received his bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida and his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.[1]
Career
Iten served as an assistant state's attorney in the Twelfth Circuit from 1994 until 2015. He was also an adjunct instructor at the State College of Florida and an instructor at the Law Enforcement Academy at Manatee Technical College.[1]
