Elections for the Minnesota House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election was held on August 12, 2014, and a general election took place on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 3, 2014. Brian Johnson was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Incumbent Jim Newberger was unopposed in the Republican primary. Newberger defeated Johnson in the general election.[1][2][3]
2012
Johnson ran in the 2012 election for Minnesota House of Representatives District 15B. He defeated Bruno Gad in the Democratic primary on August 14 and was defeated by Jim Newberger (R) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[4][5]
