Brian Kruse is a judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court District of Nebraska. He assumed office on March 17, 2020. His current term ends on March 17, 2034.
Education
Kruse obtained a B.S. in 1995 from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, College of Business Administration. He earned his J.D. with high distinction in 2000 from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He graduated Order of the Coif and was also editor-in-chief of the Nebraska Law Review.[1]
Career
Before joining the bankruptcy court, Kruse practiced law for 20 years at Rembolt Ludtke LLP in Lincoln. He was managing partner from 2013 to 2019.[2]
