As a progressive Democrat, I know what can be achieved when we provide equal opportunities to all. As the Vice-President of Educators for Washoe School, I fought for the construction and renovation of dozens of schools throughout Washoe County. As the Executive Director of the Nevada State Education Association, I fought to fully-fund and improve our public schools. As an attorney, I fought for the rights of immigrants and low-income communities. As the President of Battleborn Progress, I fought for progressive ideas. As the Assemblymember from District 27, I will fight for you.
  • I am the Progressive Choice for Assembly District 27. I am the only candidate endorsed by Washoe Progressive groups and Washoe Teachers, Nurses, and Firefighters.
  • As the Executive Director of the Nevada State Education Association, I has fought to ensure that every Nevada student has access to an exceptional public education.
  • As the former President of Battleborn Progress, I have fought to protect access to abortion. I will continue to fight for women and their ability to make personal health decisions.
I have a long history of working to pursue progressive causes. I am an long-time public education advocate. I have lobbied for an testified in support of bills to protect access to abortion, forgive student loans, protect our environment, protect the rights of LGBTQIA+ Nevadans, reform the criminal justice system to ensure that every person is equal under the law, and work toward single-payer healthcare for all Nevadans.
