  • Criminal Justice Reform - End cash bail for non-violent offenders, No Knock-Warrants must be eliminated, End solitary confinement
  • Fairness and Equity - Regardless of income, race, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or identification
  • Eliminate Bias - Courts need to serve every community
It’s time to reform the justice system. Let’s end cash bail for non-violent offenders. Likewise imposing excessive bail and probation conditions must end. No knock-warrants must be eliminated. When someone without income, or with mental illness, drug or alcohol dependency lands in the criminal justice system through no fault of their own, they need to be treated with compassion and diverted to social services that will help them heal and get back into society. We need to institute a restorative justice program for non-violent offenders and stop spending money on punishment and more on education and counseling. Putting money into our underserved communities and schools. That is how we lower crime rates.
Integrity, past personal and professional experiences, impeccable legal knowledge, and judicial temperament.
