Brian McDaniel (Georgia)
Brian McDaniel is a judge for the Southern Judicial Circuit in Georgia. He was elected to the court in the general election on May 20, 2014. McDaniel's term ends in 2018.[1]
Education
McDaniel received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.[2]
Career
Before becoming a judge, McDaniel was the senior assistant district attorney for the Southern Circuit.[3]

General: He defeated Jason Courtney Cain and Vernita L. Bender in the general election on May 20, 2014, receiving 50.4 percent of the vote.
