Mooney (Nonpartisan, Democratic Party) ran for election for judge of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas General Division in Ohio. Mooney won in the general election on November 8, 2022. He advanced from the Democratic primary on May 3, 2022.
Mooney was appointed to the Cleveland City Council to replace Dona Brady.[1]
Education
Mooney received his undergraduate education from American University in Washington D.C. in 1992, and his J.D. from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1995.[2]
