Brian Quinn (Republican Party) was the Chief Justice of the Texas Seventh District Court of Appeals. He assumed office in 2005. He left office on December 31, 2025.

Education

Quinn graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1978 and Texas Tech University School of Law in 1981.[1]

Career

Prior to taking the bench in 1995, Quinn worked in private practice. After clerking for the Honorable George Kazen of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, he rose to the level of partner at WcWhorter, Cobb & Johnson.[1]
