I am a Union Electrician by Trade. A Volunteer at Heart. I am someone that cares about our environment, and the living conditions we all share.
  • I am good at what I do. I have had an assortment of life experiences. There are multiple ways to get to the same destination, I do prefer the scenic route.
  • I am concerned about our Environment. The destruction of our lands and scenic places in the name of a quick buck does no good. Especially if someone else has to clean up the mess.
  • I am a Volunteer at Heart. But to be an effective Volunteer one needs to be able to take care of their own needs, and the needs of their Family. Good paying steady Employment is a stepping stone to pay it forward.
Housing and the support infrastructure that is required to build community. Access to clean safe water is a major concern.
So many possibilities... My Dad in my younger years... Cause he was my Dad. John Denver, because of his environmental advocacy.
Jacques Cousteau, also for his Environmental and exploration advocacy.
Shut-up and listen. Engage with the people you represent, because that is the goal, To Represent.
Not everyone is going to get their way all the time, but to be able to stop and listen, negotiate, and come to an arrangement that is acceptable to all is is preferable over a "My Way or Nothing" Approach.
I listen, I will show up and not hide in my office. I will be accessible to all everyone in my District, and those not directly in my district if I can be of assistance.
Represent everyone in your District, Not just those that voted for you, or as in some cases, installed you in office.
I am not concerned about leaving a Legacy. I just don't want to have people say hateful things about me because I did them wrong.... My goal is to do the right thing, in all things I do, no matter who is, or is not looking.
John F. Kennedy Assassination.... This sounds like a round-about way to ask "how old are you?" with out really asking. 5.
Very first "time clock punching" job was at Denny's as a 'dishwasher'... I quit after 10 hours, but I did finish my assigned shifts.
Prior to that I made "Latch Hook" rugs for a needle arts company.... piece work.
A Winkle in Time, TIC and TOC.
Being able to say 'NO'.... This means my time is not always my time. As such, when I say yes, I want to do the very best job possible. This situation makes things take longer, but this means things are very well engineered, and not likely to be re-done anytime soon.
Not a bad thing in the long term.
To be able to communicate. This is all about the benefit of the People and the Environment.
Not necessarily.... I also don't believe in term limits for legislators. The terms are short enough as they are. It may take several years to see a project break ground....
Yes, Some of the most impactful legislation has come from multi-relational input.
Not Necessarily.... Let's get past the current process first.
I have always set a goal for myself in all things that I do.... When it stops being FUN it is time to move on.
More of a story....

One dark night, When the moon was bright, Two dead boys got up to fight.
Back to Back they faced each other, drew their swords and shot each other.

A deaf policeman heard the noise, and came and shot the two dead boys.
An Emergency is just that. Things need to happen now.
I was part of an Emergency Response Team. We did not need to have a committee review before hand. A post action review and reload is a better way of looking at this.
To Be Determined... Leaning toward something dealing with our Housing Problem... Not a Hand out, But a Hand Up. (This is the motto for Habitat for Humanity)
IBEW Local 280 and 2 different gun rights / safety / educational organizations.
Environmental, Infrastructure, Housing, Heath and Welfare.
