Brian T. McGuffin is a judge on the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He was appointed by Governor Tom Wolf and was confirmed on February 24, 2015.[1] Brian T. McGuffin won the general election on November 3, 2015.

Biography

McGuffin received a bachelor's degree in political science from La Salle University in 1982, and a J.D. from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law in 1985.[2] His work experience includes working as an assistant defender in the Bucks County Public Defender's Office and working as an attorney for various firms.[3]

McGuffin was re-elected without opposition to the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas in 2015. Pennsylvania's general judicial election was held on November 3, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates was March 11, 2015.[4]
