Biography

Todd received his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law. He worked as a litigation trial attorney as a sole practitioner for over 20 years. He has served as a judge pro tempore for 10 municipal courts in King and Pierce Counties. Prior to his 2021 appointment, he served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Office of Administrative Hearings.[1]
