Biography
Brian Tomlin was born in Lynchburg, Virginia. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia in 1983, his M.Ed. degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1991, and his J.D. degree from the North Carolina Central University School of Law in 1996.[1] His career experience includes working as a judge, professor, and attorney.[2]
