Brian Wiggins is a circuit judge for the 45th Judicial Circuit. It serves McLean and Muhlenberg counties of Kentucky. He was elected to the court in 2010 and re-elected without opposition in 2014.[1][2]  His current eight-year term expires on January 1, 2023.[3]

Wiggins ran unopposed and was elected to the 45th Judicial Circuit by voters with 100 percent of the vote on November 2, 2010.[5][6]

Education

Wiggins received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky.[7]

Career

Before he became a circuit judge, Wiggins served as a district court judge for Muhlenberg County.[8]
