Biography
Simon was born on January 19, 1975, in Burlington, Vermont. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor's degree in 1997. He went on to obtain his master's degree and J.D. from the Vermont Law School in 2000. Perez's professional experience includes working as a trial attorney.[1]
