Bridgehampton, Elmer, Lamotte & Wheatland Road Levy Renewals, 4 (August 2010)
Four Township Road Levy Renewal measures were on the August 3, 2010 ballot in the townships of Bridgehampton, Elmer, Lamotte and Wheatland which are in Sanilac County.
All four measures were approved
The Bridgehampton township measure sought to renew the current road levy of $1 per $1,000 of assessed property value for the next five years in order to further fund the construction and maintenance of roads in the township.
The Elmer township measure sought to renew the current road levy of $2 per $1,000 of assessed property value for the next ten years in order to further fund road maintenance in the township.
The Lamotte township measure sought to renew the current road levy of $1 per $1,000 of assessed property value for the next four years in order to further fund road maintenance, construction and repair in the township.
The Wheatland township measure sought to renew the current road levy of $2 per $1,000 of assessed property value for the next three years in order to further fund road maintenance, construction and repair in the township.[1]
