An effort to recall Town Board Chairman John Karnopp and Town Supervisors Mike Steiner and Rodney Fishler in Bridgeport, Wisconsin from their positions was launched in 2014. Recall elections took place on July 1, 2014, and July 15, 2014. Karnopp and Steiner survived the recall elections on July 1, while Fishler was recalled in the election on July 15.[1][2]

The supervisors were targeted over their support for a sand frac mine.[1]

Alan Flansburgh defeated Rodney Fishler in the second recall election.[2]
