Bridget is a first-generation American who grew up in Manhattan, N.Y. Her parents were Italian

and Puerto Rican, and besides New York, she and her family lived in Croatia, Puerto Rico and Florida. In 1980, Bridget enlisted in the U.S. Navy and received training in aviation electronics. She received an honorable discharge in 1984 and moved to Phoenix in 1988. She has lived in Ahwatukee since 1992. Today, Bridget is the owner and operator of a real estate brokerage and property management company, which provides her insights into property disputes. She is also an active volunteer in three nonprofits that help military veterans and communities—Common Defense, VetsForward, and Team Rubicon. Bridget is an Emerge Arizona alumna and a Democratic

Precinct Lead in Legislative District 12.
  • Previous professional experience has provided a great deal of depth and knowledge about writs, evictions & the handling of personal property. As such, I believe I am very well suited to serve as constable.
  • I offer sound judgment, an ethical approach and strong organizational skills that would be useful in fulfilling the responsibilities of the Kyrene Justice Precinct Constable. I will work with the Kyrene precinct constituency to ensure they know what resources are available to them.
  • A constable has a duty to do everything they can to serve the people of their precinct in a way that is legal, ethical and unbiased, but I also believe – in a way that is compassionate, nimble, determined and just.
I believe our Country should be run by the people, for the people. As Lincoln said, Government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the Earth. If we the people do not serve our Country we will be forever stuck with career politicians and our Country as we know it will perish.

I strongly feel the calling to be of service to my community, and am a strong believer in the principle of “Service Before Self”
I will do all I can to honor my oath and defend our democracy against all enemies both foreign and domestic. It

is the oath I took over 40 years ago and one I took when I accepted the appointment for Kyrene Constable.
My mother. She never quit, she always persevered with a relentless drive. She was determined to ensure my brother and I had a better life than she had. She was strong, brave, smart and beautiful.
Critical thinking skills, approachable, emotionally secure, ethical, team player, relationship builder, empathy, honesty, communication, gratitude, integrity
A Constable is the public persona of the Justice Courts, serving Court ordered documents to their local
constituency. A Constable loves their community and strives to treat their neighbors with kindness, compassion and respect. Constables work in partnership on a day-to-day basis with local communities, stakeholders and colleagues in order to promote law and order, reduce the fear of crime, provide reassurance and build confidence to improve the quality of life for citizens.
I remember the assassination of JF Kennedy, I was 3 yrs old. It was like the world stopped. It is my first memory as a child.
I worked at Jack in the Box when I was 16 yrs old. My first job of any length was the US Navy at 20 yrs old.

My name is Bridget Bellavigna & I am pleased to announce I am a candidate running for the Arizona Corporation Commission. As a Navy veteran who served our country, I now feel another call & this time it is to serve my state. I moved to Phoenix in 1988 & am a proud Arizonan, who believes it is imperative that the citizens of this state are represented & protected by effective & fair-minded elected officials. Although I am new to running for office, I believe our state needs more citizens to get involved up & down the ballot. We need fresh eyes & ears, along with new ideas to focus on doing what is right for our constituents & for our collective future.

A little background about me, I grew up in Manhattan as the daughter of Italian & Puerto Rican parents. Aside from New York, my family also lived in Croatia, Puerto Rico & Florida. My enlistment into the U.S. Navy took me to San Diego, CA. I have been fortunate to have had opportunities personally & professionally that have shaped my desire to contribute in a tangible way. I have thrived in different genres of business from a Dept of Defense contractor working on Aviation Electronics, Anti Aircraft tanks & Apache simulator to a decade putting events together in Professional Broadcast productions, corporate & live events.

I now own a real estate brokerage & property management company & have owned a small business for 16 years.
  • Renewable energy sources growing & coexisting between suppliers & consumer
  • Cybersecurity of utilities, water & pipelines
  • Railroad security & services to protect our environment & population from spills & accidents.
Environment is our most pressing challenge, climate crisis the most urgent & defining issue of our time. I will lead the efforts to a future rich with solar energy and other renewable sources as well as lead integration of renewable energy with the grid.

I would like to make a meaningful impact and lead the efforts of a future that involves the use of more renewable energy, and safeguard our railways and pipelines.

It is vitally important that the citizens of Arizona are represented in the decision making of regulated monopolies, specifically public utilities. It is essential to develop a stronger coalition between the various utility entities and the citizens they serve.
