|In 2004 I moved back to the US and joined a venture capital firm that invested in women- and minority-owned businesses. In 2006, I transitioned to ShoreBank International, where I specialized in helping microfinance institutions and banks raise funds to create wealth and improve lives in underserved communities around the world. I worked with SBI until 2013 before taking a career pause to raise children.
I have been married to my wonderful husband, Fritz, for nearly 22 years, and we have two school-aged sons. We moved to South Burlington in 2010, and I was eventually inspired to run for the South Burlington School Board, on which I served from 2016 to 2022. We need to make sure that all Vermonters have access to basic necessities like food, permanent housing and healthcare along with the educational and job opportunities they need to create and sustain fulfilling lives for themselves and their families.

Scorecards
A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.
Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.
