Biography

Bridgette Peterson was born in Massachusetts. Peterson served with Valley Metro RPTA Board of Directors and the MAG Human Services and Community Initiatives Committee.[2]

Elections for the city council of Gilbert, Arizona were scheduled to take place on November 4, 2014. A primary election took place on August 26, 2014.[3] Four seats were up for election. Because four candidates received a majority of the votes in the primary election, the general election was called off. Eddie Cook, Victor Petersen, Jordan Ray and Brigette Peterson defeated Jason Cvancara, Tim Rinesmith and TJ Tillman.[4]

I don't believe a person should just "run for office" without some prior experience such as serving on a board or commission, or volunteer in the community, or go through a leadership program in the community.[7]
What kind of skills or expertise do you believe would be the most helpful for the holders of this office to possess?
I served on the Town of Gilbert Planning Commission and that is the best experience I bring to this position.[7]
