As a native from Idabel Oklahoma, Brittané now serves as an Economic Developer for the State of Oklahoma, Brittane’ Grant has served in a leadership role in facilitating and creatively implementing economic development programs all over the State. The scope of her professional involvement and leadership reaches all over the state of Oklahoma and its communities.

 

Brittane received her BA in Business Management from the University of Central Oklahoma. Shortly after, she acquired her Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A) and went on to receive her third diploma in Economic Development from the University of Oklahoma in partnership with the International Economic Development Council.

Servant Leadership. Prioritizing the well-being and needs of those they lead.
Representation: elected officials act as the voice of their constituents, advocating for their needs and concerns. This involves attending meetings, listening to voters' problems, and bringing those issues to the table when making decisions.

Lawmaking: We create, debate, and vote on laws. This involves understanding the needs of the community, researching potential solutions, and crafting effective legislation.
Oversight: We hold government agencies and programs accountable for their performance. This involves reviewing budgets, investigating issues, and ensuring that public resources are used efficiently and effectively.

Service: We provide essential services to their constituents. This can take many forms, depending on the office, but it often involves managing budgets, allocating resources, and overseeing the delivery of public services.
