I am your neighbor, not a politician. As a mom, firefighter, nurse, and small business owner, I know how to get things done. I am running as a Libertarian because by doing so, I do not have to play party politics and can focus on the people of the 178th Legislative District.
I am passionate about Pennsylvania’s unemployment rate which continues to lag the national average. Our citizens continue to leave the Commonwealth for greater opportunities in other states.

I also care about our schools as the mother of three this is paramount to my campaign Pennsylvania's students have fallen behind because of virtual learning, lower school standards, and political agendas. I will advocate for a free-market education where parents, teachers, and students, not the government, should make their own choices on education. As mandated by the Department of Education, one-size-fits-all education is holding America's children back. Every child is different. Every community is different.

Finally, Pennsylvania's government has failed its fundamental mission – serving the people. Our system is broken as our roads crumble and our youth leave the Commonwealth. I believe the legislative process and the administration of government should be open and transparent. Accordingly, all proposed legislation should be available for review and comment at least five days before being voted on by the legislature. Before voting for or against any bill, it is the duty of each legislator to have personally read and understood the bill in its entirety. Also, all state government budgets and expenditures should be available for review by the citizens on the Internet.
I look up to my dad. My father is a lifetime volunteer firefighter. He has always been transparent and honest with everyone. This is what I feel is needed in Harrisburg.
My strong work ethic, experience as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, and passion for my fellow man makes me the best candidate for leading the Great Pennsylvania Comeback.
The core responsibilities of a Pennsylvania Representative are to represent the needs and will of the people, collect as much information as possible on issues that need work within the district and the state, and create and vote on legislation that gets results.
I want to leave a legacy where Pennsylvania leads the nation in job creation, low taxes, and the best schools.
My first job was at Bath and Body works, and I can honestly say I'm not quite sure how long I worked there. However, most of my career has been in Emergency Medical Services and Emergency Nursing.
The Harry Potter series is my favorite book because it transports you to another world. I also grew up as Harry grew up, so it will always be nostalgic.
Hermione Granger, she's smart, and honestly, Harry Potter and Ron would have died without her.
Lizzo - About Damn Time or whatever is trending on tiktok.
Being a female firefighter has always been a struggle. Firefighting is a male-dominated field, and as a female, I witnessed male firefighters get promotions with half the experience and certifications that I have. Despite this, I have flourished as a female firefighter. I hope to assist those struggling for equality in any field.
I believe the Governor and the State Legislature should work hand and hand to represent the people of Pennsylvania.
I believe our most significant challenges over the next decade is bringing jobs back to the commonwealth, fixing our devastated infrastructure, and cutting cost for Pennsylvanians so they can afford to live here.
The benefits of a single chamber or unicameral legislature do not outweigh the drawbacks. Unicameral legislatures are most productive with a unitary federal structure where power is distributed through a central government and territories without any say over their own sovereignty. This allows for legislation to move quickly into law, without the checks and balances of a bi-cameral legislature. Unicameral systems are often found in small countries where corruption runs rampant.
I think the supposed benefits of previous government experience are much overblown and tend to be discussed when it is self-serving. I believe that party politics have led Pennsylvanians down a wrong path with an overinflated government and rampant taxes.
Yes, It is very beneficial to build positive relationships with other legislators. That includes the Senate and the House. Those relationships will help with the flow of knowledge and achieving the best outcomes for my district.
Education, Health, Veterans Affairs & Emergency Preparedness, and Finance
Rick Saccone, I especially like the fact that he never traded votes. Rick would discuss his and others' bills with concerned parties and vote on the bills based on their merits.
I heard from a young woman who has Down Syndrome, and she expressed sorrow that she was not taught the entire nation's history when she was in school due to her reading level. This is why education and civics are so near and dear to me. We denied this amazing woman the right to learn all about America because we could not or would not tailor the curriculum to her reading level.
Yes, we saw gross overreach by the governor's office during the Covid-19 pandemic.
I believe voting on the merits of a bill is critical. I feel you should not trade votes, and doing this leads to the people not being fairly represented.
