Brock Mounts is a former magistrate court judge in Mingo County, West Virginia. He was appointed by Circuit Court Judge Miki J. Thompson on September 4, 2015, effective November 1. He replaced Judge Deloris Sidebottom. His term expired December 31, 2016.[1]

Mounts ran for re-election in 2016.[2] He lost in the general election on May 10, 2016.
