“ Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Mac’s Convenience Stores, LLC, dba Circle K #5622, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a full-service convenience store at 5878 Smith Road, Brook Park, OH 44142 in this precinct?[1][2] ”
