Brooke Blecher is a judge of the Superior Court of Santa Clara County in California. Blecher assumed office in 2020. Blecher's current term ends on January 8, 2029.

Blecher won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Santa Clara County in California outright in the primary on June 7, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Although California Superior Court judges are elected in nonpartisan elections, a press release from Gov. Newsom's office announcing Blecher's appointment on April 28, 2020, identified Blecher as a Democrat.[1]
