Language on the ballot:

“ Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by Riser Foods Company, dba Brooklyn Valu King 5512, a holder of a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood grocery store at 4798 B Ridge Road, Brooklyn, OH 44144 in this precinct?[1][2] ”
