Campaign website
Richardson's campaign website stated the following:
KIDS AND CAMPUSES FIRST. ALWAYS.
Every decision Brooklyn makes begins with one question: What is best for our students and our campuses? From the classroom to the boardroom - and when engaging at the state level - she advocates for Arlington ISD students. Not politics. Not distractions. Not outside agendas. Just kids.
EDUCATION OVER POLITICS
Our classrooms are for learning. Teachers deserve the freedom to teach. Students deserve a safe and focused learning environment. Parents deserve transparency and trust. Brooklyn’s focus is clear: strong academics, safe schools, and meaningful support for educators. Politics do not belong in our classrooms.
GOOD GOVERNANCE THAT FITS ARLINGTON
Arlington ISD is unique, and its policies should reflect that. As Board Secretary, Brooklyn believes good governance matters. That means: adopting policies that fit the needs of AISD, understanding what can - and cannot - be done under state law, supporting our superintendent and district leadership, providing stability and clarity for our schools. Leadership requires both heart and knowledge. Brooklyn brings both.
BROOKLYN DOESN'T JUST TALK ABOUT PUBLIC EDUCATION. SHE LIVES IT.
She is in our classrooms weekly. Not just as a School Board trustee but as a parent with two children enrolled in Arlington ISD. Her family is invested in Arlington. They experience what AISD families experience. They celebrate what AISD students accomplish. This work is not theoretical for Brooklyn. It is personal.
