Brooklynn Townsend is a judge for the Polk County General Sessions Court in Tennessee. She also has jurisdiction over the Polk County Juvenile Court. She was appointed by Gov. Bill Haslam (R) on November 14, 2017, to fill a vacancy created by medical leave taken by Billy D. Baliles.[1] Townsend was elected to a full term on August 6, 2020.[2]
Biography
Townsend served as an assistant district attorney for the 10th Judicial District at the time of her judicial appointment.[1]
